Biographie
Samuel Monteiro is Head of Environment Social Governance (ESG) and Impact at Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P), an impact group investing in SMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa.
He holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and a Master's degree in Project Analysis in Developing Countries from CERDI. Samuel also holds a PhD on the theme of employment in SMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa.
