Biographie
Bertrand Laporte is a university professor of economics at the School of Economics, CERDI, UCA (September 2025).
For more than 25 years he has been worked for international institutions and cooperation agencies in the fields of tax and tariff policy, the modernization of tax and customs administrations, and international trade. He is a member of the IMF Public Finance Department’s panel of tax experts.
